Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using AYNAT Hub.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AYNAT Hub at hub.aynat.org, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any future amendments. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use AYNAT Hub.

  1. Description of Service

AYNAT Hub provides a platform for members of the Africa Youth Network for Agricultural Technology (AYNAT) to connect, collaborate, share knowledge and resources, and access opportunities related to agricultural technology and innovation in Africa.

  1. Registration and Account Security

You may need to register for an account to fully access AYNAT Hub features and content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur in your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use so we can take appropriate action.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse AYNAT Hub or assist others in doing so. This includes avoiding the following activities:

  • Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
  • Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or predatory behavior

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content or terminate accounts of users who violate these rules of conduct or applicable law.

  1. Copyright and Ownership

AYNAT Hub contains copyrighted material like articles, graphics, videos, and other media that is owned by or licensed to AYNAT Hub. Users may access this content for personal use only. Any other use requires written permission. User contributions remain the property of the contributor, who grants AYNAT Hub a license to display and share the content.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

AYNAT Hub is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind regarding content, accuracy, or availability. We disclaim all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage related to your use of AYNAT Hub.

AYNAT Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana where AYNAT Hub is operated from. Any disputes can be referred to the courts in Ghana.
